- Consent: for marketing and for non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Contract: to respond to your request and provide the services you ask for.

Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and others, to run the site, understand traffic, and measure advertising. For the full list and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy. Where the law requires it, we load non-essential cookies only after you agree through our cookie banner.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, form and booking tools, email, and analytics and advertising partners. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, through cookies and tags. Under some laws this counts as “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information. See the California section for how to opt out.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we must follow the law or protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers, if the business is sold or reorganized.
Sending data to other countries
We are based in Canada and the United States, and our providers may handle data in those countries and others. When we move personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Quote and client records are kept as long as needed to run the project and meet legal and tax rules. Application materials are kept for the hiring cycle and a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
