In the behind-the-scenes of Bernardson following former Montreal Alouettes Quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. for two days. Were he get a glimpse into his life as a professional athlete. He will go over the steps taken during the production. 

From the first day, Bernardson joined Vernon Adams Jr. at the Montreal Olympic Stadium to record part of the training process and to ask him about his personal journey and experiences. The second day brought them to a football camp in Saint-Léonard neighborhood, where Vernon spent the evening sharing his knowledge and experience with younger players. 

Throughout the project, he captured candid moments and behind-the-scenes footage of Vernon Adams Jr. as he went about his daily routine, including interviews and training sessions. We also had the chance to see him in action at the football camp. 

This behind-the-scenes experience offered a unique and intimate look at the process.
