These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all online consultations and courses purchased through Bernardson.com (operated by BDH Collective Inc.). By booking a consultation or course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
- These Terms apply to all online consultations and courses offered by Bernardson.com.
- No physical products are sold; all offerings are digital or virtual.
2. Payment & Currency
- All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
- Accepted currencies: CAD or USD.
- All online consultations and courses are non-refundable.
3. Credits & Discounts
- If a credit, discount, or promotion is applied to another project, it will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or invoice.
4. Scheduling & Rescheduling
- Bookings can be rescheduled by either party before the scheduled start time.
- Rescheduled sessions must be mutually agreed upon.
5. Cancellation
- Consultations and courses are non-refundable, even if canceled by the client.
- Bernardson.com reserves the right to cancel a session; in such cases, a full reschedule or credit toward another service may be offered.
6. Recording & Intellectual Property
- Consultations may be recorded for internal use, quality control, or documentation.
- All content, materials, and recordings provided during consultations or courses remain the intellectual property of Bernardson.com and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without explicit written permission.
7. Technical Issues Disclaimer
- Bernardson.com is not responsible for issues arising from internet connectivity, software or platform malfunctions, or device problems during online consultations or courses.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology, internet access, and software to participate.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Bernardson.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in online consultations or courses.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation or course.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
